Antique silver buckle ring from 1881, a genuine antique treasure.

Antique silver buckle ring, hallmarked from 1881. A rare antique treasure. A simple design of a buckle which symbolised, eternity and strength, protection.

Markings and Measurements:
Ring size 6.25, M. The ring measures approximately 6.00 mm in width.
It has hallmarks for Birmingham: the lion passant and a date letter for 1881.

Condition:
The ring is in good condition, it has a rough around the edges appearance but this is probably due to the limitations of manufacture in the 1800's. There are two indentations where there could have been recessed stones or metal of another colour.
